As the Continuous Improvement Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. You will lead initiatives to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and drive efficiencies across different teams and business areas in Poland and Denmark, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve processes, systems, and workflows.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments of current processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to gather insights and feedback to inform improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and mentorship to employees at all levels to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a mindset of innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our continuous improvement methodologies remain cutting-edge.
It would be great if you:
- bachelor’s degree Operations Management or Lean Manufacturing, master’s degree preferred;
- proven experience in a senior role focused on continuous improvement within a medical company preferred;
- strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies;
- demonstrated and proven success in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives with measurable results;
- excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
- strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams;
- fluently in English.
