To strengthen our team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager who will take on the vital task of managing the transfer of products between Diagnostics sites while shaping the future of our operational processes.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Lead a strategic, multi-year project focused on transferring medical products between Diagnostics sites, which includes building the necessary processes, deciding on systems, and executing the various product transfers. This will be the main task over the next 2–3 years.
- Take full ownership of project challenges, employing hands-on approaches to analyze root causes and resolve issues.
- Apply best practices in project management, focusing on planning, change management, communication, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to define and address business needs.
- Lead and motivate highly skilled, cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the Steering Committee, including VP-level executives.
It would be great if you have:
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of accountability and results, even with minimal supervision and excellent stakeholder management at different levels in the organization;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to structure project plans, manage multiple work streams, and guide complex decisions all based with your experience and excellent project management skills and toolbox;
- A proactive mindset and excellent teamwork abilities;
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including persuasive presentation capabilities;
- The ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong international relationships.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge/experience with Medical Devices;
- Experience working across multi-sites and cultures;
- Previous experience working with stakeholders or teams in Asia.
