We are seeking a motivated and skilled Manager to lead our team of Strategic and Tactical Project Managers as well as Continuous Improvement Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly established team in Rosówek, driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
In this role, you’ll not only lead but also actively take on key projects as a Project Manager. As part of a small team, your hands-on approach will be crucial to achieving both team and business objectives.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Leadership: Setting the strategic and operational direction for the team, coaching members to reach their full potential.
- Project Management: Leading your own key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strategy Development: Establishing and implementing a long-term vision for the team to create sustainable impact.
- Project Funnel Management: Overseeing the project funnel to ensure a steady flow of high-value initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels through clear and effective communication.
- Collaboration with Operations Leadership: Working closely with the leadership team to align strategic and tactical priorities.
- Portfolio Management: Organizing and leading portfolio board meetings to track progress and set priorities.
- Workload Optimization: Assigning projects and managing resources effectively to maintain balance and productivity.
- Compliance: Ensuring all projects adhere to business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Team Engagement: Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-energy team culture.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience and proven expertise in strategic project management or continuous improvement, preferably within structured environments;
- Strong team management and coaching abilities, with a focus on engagement and performance;
- Exceptional skills in managing relationships and aligning diverse interests;
- High proficiency in written and verbal English (essential);
- A proactive and dynamic personality, combining analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach;
- The ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with others.
In the position of Manager of Strategic Project Managers & Continuous Improvement, you will work closely with Gitte Heede Hesel, your direct supervisor.
